Acorn has gone footy crazy!

AHI was kindly invited by AOSR to their football tournament, which took place at Campo Gentili a few weeks ago.

Students from Y1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 represented AHI in the various formats (5v5 and 8v8).  Various international schools also took part in what could be described as a very competitive, yet fair, tournament.  It was a new experience for many of our students, especially our 5 and 6 year olds, but that did not hinder their performance.  Regardsless of the results (and the weather!), our students played very well, respected their opponents but above all, had lots of fun.  Parents who attended the events were also amazing by cheering on the various teams who took part.  A big thank you to all those involved (Thank you Mr Nick and Miss Denise!)
